I believe in meeting every athlete exactly where they are. My coaching is strictly aligned with your individual goals: the bigger the ambition, the more we push the boundaries of what you can do in practice. However, no matter the height of the bar, I focus on hammering the fundamentals so that every athlete has the technical foundation to compete at the state level or pursue a collegiate career.

I specialize in high-level technical development for pole vaulters. From refining the precision of the run, plant, and drive phase to bridging the gap between "just clearing the bar" and mastering the physics of the vault.

When I’m not on the runway, I stay active through lifting, basketball, and pickleball. I’m an avid reader and love to travel, but you’ll always find me cheering on my favorite teams: OSU Football and Marquette Basketball. I’m a firm believer that the discipline and passion found in sport—whether as a coach, athlete, or fan—carries over into every part of a well-rounded life.
