At oklahoma pole vault, we host practices 3 times weekly

Practice Information

Each session includes warm‑ups, drills, technical instruction, and supervised vaulting so athletes get meaningful reps and steady improvement.

  • Athletes should come dressed in comfortable athletic wear that allows a full range of motion.

  • Bring water, running shoes, and spikes (preferred but not required).

  • Poles are provided for athletes’ use at practices. Poles are also available for rent; find more information under the “Pole Rental” tab.

  • Any age, any skill level.

  • Absolutely not, we teach all of the fundamentals.

  • We encourage this! We have limited open seating, so bring a lawn chair and come watch!

  • Each practice is 1 hour.
