At oklahoma pole vault, we host practices 3 times weekly
Practice InformationEach session includes warm‑ups, drills, technical instruction, and supervised vaulting so athletes get meaningful reps and steady improvement.

Athletes should come dressed in comfortable athletic wear that allows a full range of motion.

Bring water, running shoes, and spikes (preferred but not required).

Poles are provided for athletes’ use at practices. Poles are also available for rent; find more information under the “Pole Rental” tab.

Any age, any skill level.

Absolutely not, we teach all of the fundamentals.

We encourage this! We have limited open seating, so bring a lawn chair and come watch!
